We ship Daily(Monday-Friday).
Please keep in mind all orders will process and be shipped within 24-48hours or less of purchase (MONDAY-FRIDAY).
RETURNS
FINAL SALE! NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT 

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Please note with the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please understand Boutique FAB is not responsible for USPS delays or any couriers we work with. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

UNCLAIMED/INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Orders that are RETURNED to us due it being Unclaimed ,Incomplete/incorrect address are issued a 15% forfeited shipping fee. An email will be sent:
RETURNED PACKAGES with details and procedures to resend package.
In the rare event your package has been lost, mishandled or stolen please call USPS or your local post office with your tracking number at 1-800-ASK-USPS to file an insurance claim for reimbursement. Boutique FAB is NOT responsible for lost, mishandled or stolen packages, therefore Boutique FAB will not be replacing any lost or stolen packages.
